Welcome to Sunraysia Chess Club! We meet at MADEC Community College, which is located between 14th and 15th Street, on Deakin Avenue Mildura, on Fridays at 6pm (excluding Victorian school holidays, and Victorian and National public holidays- please check the calendar). We meet at 6pm to allow time for a catch-up, a casual game, and the organizing of the weeks tournament, before lessons commence at 6:20pm. At 7pm tournaments start, with a 30 minute time limit, to conclude our meet by 7:30pm. We run group coaching lessons, and tournaments using Swiss to provide members with challenging games, whilst also providing the opportunity to improve on their rating We would like to welcome anybody that loves to play chess, or has an interest in learning, to come along on a Friday night.
